• Cloud Service Providers: We use Google Workspace (Google Drive, Google Sheets) for document storage and Zoho Bigin CRM for customer record management. These providers are contractually obligated to safeguard your data.
• WhatsApp / Meta: We use the official WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta for customer communication. Meta processes message data under its own privacy policies.
• Legal and Regulatory Authorities: Where required by law, court order, or government request.
We do NOT share your information with advertisers, marketing agencies, or any third party for commercial or promotional purposes unrelated to your solar project.
• Digital records are stored on Google Workspace (Google Drive and Google Sheets) and Zoho Bigin CRM, both of which use industry-standard encryption and access controls.
• Physical documents (such as signed agreements and compliance files) are stored securely at our Bhilai office with restricted access.
• Access control: Only authorized personnel (operators, sales executives, installation supervisors, and franchise partners) have access to customer data, and only to the extent necessary to perform their role.
• Retention period: We retain customer data for a minimum of 7 years from project completion, as required by Indian tax and subsidy compliance laws. Site photographs may be retained longer for warranty and performance monitoring purposes.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
